Raising the Kundalini
Raising the Kundalini is an ancient practice that takes time and patience. In the linage of Kundalini yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan, we practice the science of mixing prana and apana (breath and heat) to gently and safely stimulate the otherwise dormant coil of Shakti energy located at the base of the spine. When the shakti rises, she visits each of your chakras, stimulating and balancing them.
