Love in Vain
Stranded in the New Mexico desert, Wolverine is set upon by a swarm of buglike space aliens who call themselves the Family. Meanwhile, Rogue steels herself for an uncomfortable reunion with her ex-lover Cody. Somehow, these two separate plot strands will be brought together — and it may spell disaster for both of the X-Men invovled. The 14th episode of X-Men’s fourth season, “Love in Vain” was originally broadcast in January of 1996., Rogue’s childhood sweetheart unexpectedly shows up, and she worries about his mysterious connection to bug-like aliens Wolverine encountered in a desert.
