Paradise Hotel

A reality show involving 11 hotel guests whose alliances decided who stayed and who went. Think of it as a stepchild of ‘The Real World’ and ‘Big Brother’…with room service. Each week, a guest was ousted and replaced by a member of the studio audience., Big Brother was cross-pollinated with Temptation Island on this FOX network reality series. The premise: 11 good-looking, barely clothed contestants were placed in an exotic resort, there to have fun, make love, and dish dirt. The series was seen on a twice-weekly basis; each Monday, a new person was thrown into the mix, and each Wednesday, two call-in viewers competed to appear on the series. Paradise Hotel premiered on June 23, 2003 (its original June 16 start date having been bumped back at the last minute).
