Convinced that the Mach 6 can beat trillionaire Dickie Radford’s revolutionary Eco-Car in a rip-roaring three-day race, the team suits up to take on the most malevolent competitor they’ve ever faced. According to Radford, the Eco-Car is so efficient that it can run an entire race on a single tank of gas. Radford is so confident of his Eco-Car’s superiority that he’s put his own livelihood on the line; whoever has the speed and endurance to beat him in a grueling three-day race will win his entire company. But Speed, Conor, and Lucy are just as certain that they can cross the checkered flag first. And they’re not the only ones who think they can beat Radford, because adrenaline junkie billionaire Zile Zazic is ready to prove that his new, gas-guzzling SUV can blast through any terrain like a rocket through the heavens. As the race gets underway and the Mach 6 is sidelined by an avalanche, Speed and company realize that they’ll need more than a fast car to outrun and outwit their wily opponent., Speed participates in a three-day race against Dickie Ranford and his eco-friendly car, and after day one, Speed and his team must fix the Mach 6 and get back in the race. Then Speed learns that the eco-friendly car is a sham, so he, Conor and Lucy try to discredit Dickie.
