However, Mukesh had objected to him being chosen as the main hero of the film. He rejected the actor for the role citing his nude photoshoot.
A dig at Akshay Kumar
Akshay Kumar‘s last few films failed at the box office and Mukesh Khanna did not miss the opportunity to take a dig at him. He wrote in a long post, ‘One film after another getting flopped, doing gutkha ads, messing with our Gods and Goddesses were such arrows that despite being so fit, he was not able to withstand them and people started labelling him as a flop actor.’
Ekta Kapoor taken to task
Mukesh Khanna has also been seen taking on well-known producer Ekta Kapoor. Actually, the actor played the role of Bhishma Pitamah in the serial ‘Mahabharata’. When Ekta brought the show ‘Mahabharata’ on TV, he became very angry. The actress who played the role of Draupadi in Ekta‘s show had a tattoo. For this reason, Mukesh took a dig at the producers.
