Rapper Yo Yo Honey Singh has made many shocking revelations in his Netflix documentary ‘Yo Yo Honey Singh: Famous’. He also talked about some rumours about his personal and professional life and how they affected him. In this docu-film directed by Mozez Singh and produced by Guneet Monga, the rapper also broke his silence on the reports of his head getting cracked after being slapped by Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan and surprised everyone by telling the truth.
Did SRK slap Honey Singh?
Honey Singh had worked with Shah Rukh for the song ‘Lungi Dance’ from the superhit film ‘Chennai Express’. The track became a massive hit when it released in 2013 and is loved by the audience even today. Almost a decade ago, rumours had surfaced that Shah Rukh had ‘slapped’ Honey Singh for misbehaving during a concert in the USA, which reportedly led to him getting stitches on his head.
Rapper clarified
Now dismissing these claims, Honey Singh clarified that he injured himself with a mug after shaving his head. Honey Singh revealed that he was adamant that he did not want to perform one evening but he was being pressured to do so. In an attempt to avoid performing, he shaved his head.

However, when shaving his head did not work, he broke a mug on his head, resulting in an injury. This led to rumours of Shah Rukh attacking him. Refuting the rumours, the rapper said, ‘Someone spread a rumour that Shah Rukh Khan slapped me. That person loves me. He would never raise his hand on me.’
