Actor Deb Mukherjee, father of Bollywood’s famous filmmaker Ayan Mukherjee, died on Friday. After his death, the entire industry is in mourning.

Dev Mukherjee belonged to the famous Mukherjee Samarth family. His four generations have a deep connection with Bollywood. His mother Sati Devi was the sister of famous actors Ashok Kumar, Anoop Kumar and Kishore Kumar.
Deb Mukherjee had worked in many films like Sambandh, Zindagi Se Zindagi, Main Tulsi Tere Aangan Ki, Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikandar. With his demise, the industry has lost a great artist.
