Four episodic accounts are shown in this “pictorial report” of an organized ring of human traffickers, detailing their practices and the various methods they employ to procure women for prostitution. Purportedly based on stories drawn from real life, “The Inside of the White Slave Traffic” was one of the more controversial films to exploit the “white slavery” moral panic of the 1910s.
