Un delinquente uscito di prigione, con l’aiuto di alcuni complici, uccide gli agenti che lo avevano arrestato. Decide quindi di completare la sua vendetta e provaeliminare il giudice., Dirk Morgan (L.L. Ginter), un pericoloso criminale, esce di prigione.
