Total Body Workout with Weights
This slow strength training workout will help you see results quicker. You’ll be doing 8 exercises for a count of 8 in a downward motion or a static hold. The goal is to break down your muscles in order to trigger your body’s rebuilding mechanism. You can achieve that by lowering lighter weights slowly. Select a set of weights that are 50-60 percent lighter than what you’d normally choose.
