Bollywood actor Govinda has got relief from the case. In 2018, Govinda slapped a fan on the set of his film ” Money Hai Toh Honey Hai”. His name was Santosh. Santosh had filed a case against him and demanded compensation. This case was going on for almost 9 years.
Govinda told that he had done a sting operation on the advice of his friend. Santosh was demanding three to four crores to withdraw the case. Govinda recorded it and presented it in the court, then the case went in his favor. Govinda had said that he slapped Santosh because he was misbehaving with women on the set. In 2017, on the orders of the Supreme Court, Govinda apologized and Santosh withdrew his demand for compensation.
