Actor Aamir Khan purchases yet another property for THIS AMOUNT and owns number of other unit at the same apartment complex.
Aamir Khan, the perfectionist of Bollywood, has apparently purchased a new residence in Mumbai. The actor has purchased a property in Mumbai’s Bandra area, which is part of a complex where he owns multiple residential apartments. According to registration paperwork obtained and analysed by SquareYards.com, Aamir spent Rs 9.75 crore on the property.
Aamir Khan paid Rs 58 lakh in stamp duty and a Rs 30,000 registration charge for the property. Furthermore, the report adds that the transaction was completed on June 25 and is located in Pali Hill’s Bella Vista Apartments. Aamir owns nine of the 24 condos, as well as units in the neighbouring Marina Apartments building.
Aamir‘s ex-wives, Reena Dutta and Kiran Rao, also live in the same building, which is currently set for reconstruction, with the new property spanning roughly 1,027 square feet.
According to Housing.com, Aamir Khan is the happy owner of a farmhouse in Panchgani and another opulent flat on Mumbai’s Carter Road. He also has properties in Uttar Pradesh.
Aamir‘s new home is sea-facing and spans two storeys, with a wide open room. Aamir also owns 22 properties in Shahabad, Hardoi District, Uttar Pradesh.
Aamir‘s most recent film appearance was in Laal Singh Chaddha. His most recent production, Laapata Ladies, won over spectators’ hearts. He has Sitaare Zameen Par in his collection, which will be released around Christmas.
