Actor Rupali Ganguly Makes Political Move, Joins BJP Ahead of Lok Sabha Polls.

On Wednesday, a new face joined the political arena as actor Rupali Ganguly officially became a member of the BJP at the party headquarters in Delhi, setting the stage for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. Accompanied by party leaders Vinod Tawde and Anil Baluni, the event marked a significant moment for Ganguly’s foray into politics.

In her address to the media following her decision to join the BJP, Ganguly expressed her eagerness to contribute to the party’s vision of development, referring to it as a ‘Mahayagya.’ She humbly sought the blessings and support of the public, emphasizing her commitment to ensuring that her actions align with the greater good.

Following her induction into the BJP, Ganguly, accompanied by astrologer Ameya Joshi, had the opportunity to meet with party president JP Nadda, underscoring the significance of her new political journey.

However, Ganguly‘s political aspirations were not born overnight. In March of the same year, the acclaimed actress had the honor of meeting Prime Minister Narendra Modi, an experience she described as one of the most cherished moments of her life. Reflecting on the encounter on her Instagram handle, Ganguly expressed profound gratitude for the opportunity to fulfill her dream of meeting the esteemed leader.

Addressing a press conference, the ‘Anupama‘ actor said, “When I see this ‘Mahayagya’ of development, I feel that I should also take part in this…I need your blessings and support so that whatever I do, I do it right and good.”

Ganguly‘s decision to join the BJP adds her name to a growing list of personalities from various fields who have aligned themselves with the party this year. Notable figures like Kangana Ranaut, six-time Madhya Pradesh MLA Ramniwas Rawat, and Priyanka Gandhi’s close aide Tajinder Bittu have also chosen to embark on their political journeys under the BJP’s banner. As the political landscape continues to evolve, Ganguly‘s entry into the fray promises to inject a new dynamic into the upcoming elections.
