Apart from Alia‘s fans, South actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu also liked this film very much. Samantha has written a long note praising Alia’s acting in the film. She called Alia a tigress and praised her acting in the film. Also, Alia has also reacted to Samantha’s praise.
Alia responded on her social media handle Instagram, writing, “Thank you so much Sam”. On her Instagram story, Samantha Ruth Prabhu shared a poster of jigra. Along with the poster, she praised Alia Bhatt‘s performance and called her a ‘tigress’. She also praised director Vasan Bala and Vedang Raina. She wrote, “@aliaabhatt you are a tigress! A performance so passionate and full of life that I couldn’t take my eyes off you! You have done a very brave job. The standards you have set for yourself are truly inspiring.”
The film’s collection dropped by 60 per cent on its first Monday. According to Sacnilk.com, it managed to earn only Rs 1.50 crore. Its total earnings since its release on October 11 have gone up to Rs 18.10 crore, including Rs 4.55 crore on its first day, Rs 6.55 crore on Saturday and Rs 5.5 crore on Sunday
