Alia Bhatt’s recent appearance at the 2024 Met Gala in New York created buzz in Bollywood.
Alia Bhatt donned a Sabyasachi Mukherjee-designed saree at the Met Gala. An amazing show of inventiveness was made possible by this year’s Met Gala’s theme, Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion, and dress code, The Garden of Time.
In the past several days, Alia Bhatt has uploaded multiple posts on Instagram. She said that the saree’s construction required 1965 man-hours. She conveyed her appreciation to the 163 committed participants in the process, which included skilled artisans, embroiderers, artists, and dyers.
The actress is currently busy with an upcoming film, Jigra, which Alia co-produces with Karan Johar. The movie is directed by Vasan Bala. The movie is scheduled to open in theaters on September 27, 2024.
Later this year, she will begin filming a Spy Universe movie in which she will also play the starring role.
