Amaran : Moves towards 200 crores with a jump
It has been 18 days since the release of Sivakarthikeyan and Sai Pallavi‘s film ‘Amaran’. The film has performed quite well so far with ups and downs. The film has maintained its hold at the box office. The film has already joined the Rs 100 crore club and is now moving towards the Rs 200 crore mark. The film’s 17th day figures have also come out now, in which the film has shown a great jump and has earned more than Rs 6 crore so far.
The opening day was great
‘Amaran’ did a business of 21.4 crores on the first day itself. After this, the film saw a decline on the second day and earned 19.15 crores. The film gained some pace on the third day i.e. Saturday and earned 21 crores. On the fourth day i.e. the first Sunday, it earned 21.55 crores. On the fifth day i.e. the first Monday, the film saw a huge decline and earned 10.15 crores.
On the sixth day, the film saw a slight drop and earned Rs 9 crore. On the seventh day, it earned Rs 6.85 crore and thus the total collection of the film in the first week was Rs 114.85 crore.
Earnings rise again on 18th day
Now the box office report of the 18th day of this film has also come out. The film has shown a jump once again. This film has continuously kept its breath alive at the box office. This Sunday, the film has earned Rs 6.67 crores till now. With this, the total earnings of the film have reached Rs 188.52 crores. The film has now reached very close to the figure of Rs 200 crores.
