Amazon miniTV, Amazon’s free video streaming service, has announced the second season of Amber Girls School, a coming-of-age teen drama.
Introduction
Following the booming success of Amber Girls School initial season, the streaming service today released a trailer for the upcoming season, which will premiere on July 26. Season 2 follows Ojas (Celesti Bairagey) and her changing path through school. It was produced by Reliance Entertainment Studios and directed by Rajlaxmi Ratan Seth.
Plot
The series provides a glimpse inside Ojas’ world, where she is attempting to balance various goals—she wants to be the head girl, have a boyfriend, heal her strained friendships, and rebel against the school authorities. She realises she wants to gain confidence and stand on her own two feet rather than being a ‘yes-girl’. What genuinely matters to her is keeping strong relationships with friends and family, remaining hopeful, and, most importantly, being authentic to herself.
Cast
Amber Girls School Season 2 will reunite its beloved cast, which includes Celesti Bairagey, Kajol Chugh, Adrija Sinha, Ishika Gagneja, Harsh Khurana, and Shruti Panwar.
