Amitabh Bachchan portrays Ashwatthama in Nag Ashwin’s Kalki 2898 AD. On Tuesday night, a few make-up artists revealed behind-the-scenes photographs of Big B‘s Kalki 2898 AD metamorphosis. Da MakeUp Lab’s official Instagram account released photos of Big B with the caption, “Behold the transformation of Amitabh Bachchan Sir into Ashwatthama: a timeless legend brought to life by a legendary actor.” Karandeep Singh also posted some behind-the-scenes images of Amitabh Bachchan from the shooting of Kalki 2898 AD.
Make-up artist Karandeep Singh uploaded more photographs of Big B with the caption, “Congratulations to the entire Kalki crew for a mind-blowing opening. We hope you liked Sir Amitabh Bachchan’s look, which was designed by Preetisheel and set makeup executed by me. Here are some detailed images of his appearance and behind-the-scenes.”
Mr Bachchan recently appeared in Kalki 2898 AD. Before that, he appeared in Ganapath with Tiger Shroff and Kriti Sanon. The legendary actor will star in the Hindi version of the Hollywood thriller The Intern, alongside Deepika Padukone. The actors previously appeared together in the 2015 film Piku. Big B will also act alongside Rajinikanth in TJ Gnanavel’s untitled flick. Big B and Rajinikanth famously costarred in Hum.
