Ananya Panday said that she found something objectionable in the script of the film
Ananya Panday is busy making a name for herself in the Hindi film industry. She made her debut in the film world in 2019 with Karan Johar‘s directorial film ‘Student of the Year 2’. She has done only a few films in her five-year career.
She was last seen in ‘Kho Gaye Hum Kahan’ released in 2023. Currently, the actress is busy promoting her upcoming series ‘Call Me Bae‘. Meanwhile, she has talked about one of her previous films ‘Liger’. She said that she found something objectionable in the script of the film, in which she talked to the producers and got it changed.
While talking to Sucharita Tyagi, Ananya Panday revealed how as a new generation artiste, the actress pointed out certain objectionable things while reading the script of Vijay Deverakonda starrer ‘Liger’.
She said that as a woman, it is her responsibility to take notice of certain things and address them. Ananya said, “In Liger, there were a lot of things in that script where I felt like I am not okay to say all this. This is not right as a woman.” The actress further added that the makers also made all those changes, which makes her very happy that she expressed her opinion about it then.
