Anupam Kher: She completed the shooting of ‘The Signature’ while fighting cancer

Recently, actor Anupam Kher‘s film ‘The Signature’ has been released on ZEE5. Actress Mahima Chaudhary has also appeared in the lead role along with Anupam Kher in the film. Anupam shared a post on his Instagram and praised the bravery of the actress. Actually, Mahima Chaudhary was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2022 and she shot this film during the treatment. Describing her as a real-life hero, the actor said.
That even during chemotherapy she continued shooting wholeheartedly and lost most of her hair. Anupam also expressed his gratitude for getting the chance to work with Mahima and called her a ‘role model’
On October 13, Anupam Kher shared a post on his Instagram appreciating his co-star Mahima Chaudhry. Recently, his film ‘The Signature’ released on ZEE5 and the actor praised the actress on the occasion. He shared a video clip from his film and wrote in the caption that this is not a promotional post for the film but, it is a post to appreciate the dedication of Mahima, who refused to give up in her fight against cancer.
Recalling the shooting time, the actor wrote, ‘After finding out that you have cancer, you are undergoing chemotherapy and have lost most of your hair, you still shot for our film. Happily and professionally!’ Mahima Chaudhary has played a special role in the film and won the hearts of fans and critics with her performance. Praising Mahima, Anupam Kher said, ‘If there was an Olympics-like competition for grace under pressure, you would definitely have won the gold medal.’
