Archana Puran Singh: said- she has no regrets about leaving them
Archana Puran Singh is an important part of ‘The Great Indian Kapil Show’. The veteran actress has resumed work with ‘The Great Indian Kapil Show’. Also, she is making a comeback to films after almost four years.
She will be seen in the film ‘Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video’ with Rajkummar Rao and Tripti Dimri. Recently, she mentioned that she had to take such a long break due to the demanding schedule of ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’. She said that she is also getting film offers, one of them is also from producer Vashu Bhagnani.
Archana shared that she has turned down several projects because of the comedy show. Now, when the show is streaming on the OTT platform, it is a relief for her as she is exploring her work again and is happy to be a part of ‘Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video’.
During the conversation, the actress shared and said, ‘When we were on television, we did not get any breaks. We enjoyed doing episodes again and again and we got to practice a lot. The whole team was always excited, but I had to turn down many film offers. Now I am happy that I have the time to accept films.’
Archana also said during this time that most of the films were shot abroad and even if they were shot in Mumbai, she had to refuse them because Kapil‘s show was shot two or three times a week. The actress also said that she has no regrets about rejecting the films.
