Recently, in an interview, Arjun talked about casual sex and open relationships and said that even if one does not realize it, when one is in a sexual relationship with another person, all the energy is exchanged. He stressed that being with a partner is the most important thing.
Speaking to Ranveer Allahabadia, the actor said, “I love sex”. I think sex is a very important part of your life, but yes, I think it’s even more important to be with a partner. When you are sharing a bed, when you are sharing a physical relationship, you do not realize that there is a huge energy exchange, there is a change in what you are taking from that person. It’s going into your DNA somewhere.”
On cheating on his partner, Arjun said, “It’s an addiction. It’s a practice that people have developed for themselves. I know many people who want another woman or something else and yet they are very happy in their marriages; they call it a happy marriage. I don’t know how, they say it’s just an affair, it’s going to drag you down.”
The actor further added, “I was someone who was very hard on myself. I wasted a lot of time cursing myself. I think instead of wasting time thinking about those mistakes, it’s better to make someone think that they should not repeat those mistakes and change themselves.”
