Vicky Kaushal and Triptii Dimri‘s Bad Newz has released its second tune. The seductive duet, titled Jaanam, features Vicky Kaushal and Triptii Dimri in flamboyant avatars romancing one other with passion. Many people were left wincing at the song and unimpressed by the unnecessary ‘boldness’ on show.
Jaanam begins with Vicky Kaushal and Triptii Dimri‘s characters arriving at their getaway villa for a few days. They kiss on the stairs, make suggestive facial expressions in bed, then go swimming. If that wasn’t enough, they start making out in the shower and don’t have a good supper together, destroying the cake by kissing passionately. Vishal Mishra composed, sang, and wrote the song. Remo D’Souza choreographed the video.
A user responded to the song, writing, “It’s actually cringe.” A second person added, “I don’t understand what compelled stars like Triptii and Vicky to participate in this rubbish! They’re good actors.”
Ammy Virk and Neha Dhupia play important roles in Bad Newz. It is produced by Hiroo Yash Johar, Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta, Amritpal Singh Bindra, and Anand Tiwari. It is provided by Amazon Prime in collaboration with Dharma Productions and Leo Media Collective. The film will be released on July 19, 2024, worldwide.
