Banned Films: Now ‘Singham Again’ and ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’ are banned
Many such films have been made in Indian cinema which have been surrounded by controversies for some reason or the other and many times the situation has come to such a pass that these films had to be banned. The list of such films is very long which had to face the brunt of the ban in India. At the same time, there are many such films which were superhits in India but have been banned by the Gulf countries. Actually, there are some such issues on which the Gulf countries have strong objections to the films made.
If any film tries to show homosexuality, obscenity, India-Pakistan tension or anything related to religious sentiments, then Muslim countries immediately ban that film. The latest names in this list are ‘Singham Again‘ and ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa’. Apart from these two films, today we will tell you about those films which have been banned in Gulf countries.
Singham Again
There is news that Rohit Shetty‘s directorial venture ‘Singham Again‘ will not be released in the Gulf countries. It has been banned before its release. Ajay Devgn‘s ‘Singham Again‘ has been banned in Saudi Arabia for several reasons. While the first film will not be released there due to religious conflict, the second film has been banned due to homosexual references.
According to reports, the release of Rohit Shetty‘s Singham Again has been put on hold due to its depiction of religious conflict in an Arab country. The film stars Ajay Devgn, Kareena Kapoor, Ranveer Singh, Arjun Kapoor, Deepika Padukone, Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff.
Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3
Anees Bazmee‘s directorial venture ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa’ is going to clash with ‘Singham Again‘ on Diwali. Earlier, it too has suffered a setback like ‘Singham Again‘. Kartik Aaryan‘s ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3‘ has also been banned in Saudi Arabia. Allegedly, this ban on ‘Singham Again‘ has been imposed due to the portrayal of Hindu-Muslim tension in the film.
The report also states that Anees Bazmee‘s film includes references to homosexuality in Kartik Aaryan‘s character, due to which it has been banned by the Saudi government.
