Hrithik had given a diet plan
Arfeen Khan had once talked about how Hrithik Roshan came along with him. He recalled how he met Hrithik for the first time through their common friends. Arfeen told that Hrithik had asked him, “Why are you so fat?” He further told that Hrithik had given him a diet plan, which would help him lose 10 kg in 10 weeks, however, Arfeen lost 14 kg. He further told that when he met Hrithik the next time, the actor was shocked to see his transformation. He then revealed that he was able to do this with the help of ‘mind coaching’.
