Blue Ribbon Baking Championship will be available for online streaming on Netflix on 9 August.
In the new competition series Blue Ribbon Baking Championship, ten award-winning pastry masters from state fairs around the United States will compete in the largest blue ribbon bake-off yet.
Each contender already has a blue ribbon, but in order to win this competition, they must rise to the top and become the best in the nation. Over the course of eight episodes, they’ll compete in a series of tasks for the title of America’s best baker – and a $100,000 prize.
Actor Jason Biggs, widely known for his roles in the American Pie film franchise, will judge the tournament with internationally recognised cuisine and lifestyle expert Sandra Lee, who received a blue ribbon early in her illustrious career. Along with Sandra Lee, former White House pastry chef Bill Yosses and award-winning artisan baker Bryan Ford will serve as judges.
All eight episodes of Blue Ribbon Baking Championship will premiere on August 9 on Netflix.
