Even though the film received critical reviews from a section of the audience, his character instantly became a fan favourite. Starring Ranbir Kapoor, Anil Kapoor, Rashmika Mandanna and Tripti Dimri, the film earned 920 crores at the worldwide box office and became one of the highest-grossing Hindi films of 2023. The film was released in theatres on December 1, 2023 and is celebrating its first anniversary today.
