India’s famous actor Chiranjeevi has been honoured with the “Lifetime Achievement Award for Excellence in Public Service through Cultural Leadership” by Bridge India in the House of Commons of UK. He was given this honour on 19 March for his contribution to social work and culture leadership. Seeing this moment, Chiranjeevi’s heart was filled with enthusiasm. Expressing his happiness, Chiranjeevi has written on social media that my heart is filled with gratitude to receive the award among so many famous MPs and ministers and respected persons. He has expressed gratitude to his fans, families and well-wishers and said that this honour inspires my work sevak.
His brother and Andhra Pradesh Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan has also praised Chiranjeevi’s achievements and supported him. Chiranjeevi comes from a simple family, he has made a distinct identity in the whole world with his hard work and philanthropy. Chiranjeevi will be given India’s second highest civilian honour in 2024. Apart from this, he started the services of oxygen bank and ambulance for Covid-19 patients in 2021.
