Call Me Bae: The premiere date for “Heiress to Hustler” is out 

Call Me Bae: Ishita Moitra’s web series, which is produced by Apoorva Mehta, Somen Mishra, and Karan Johar, will be available to stream on Amazon Prime Video.

Call Me Bae, Collin D’Cunha’s web series in which Ananya Panday plays the lead, will soon be available to stream on Amazon Prime Video. The show, which will tell a “riches to rags” scenario, will also star Vir Das, Gurfateh Pirzada, Varun Sood, Vihaan Samat, Muskkaan Jaferi, Niharika Lyra Dutt, Lisa Mishra, and Mini Mathur.

“Hey Bae,” Ananya Panday said on Instagram, announcing that her series will be available for streaming starting on September 6. “Update your calendars, things are about to glow up!” was what Prime Video posted on their official Instagram account. September 6th, #CallMeBaeOnPrime.

Ananya Panday is pictured sitting on suitcases, peering down at the camera, and wearing a red and white attire on the announcement poster. In the series, she will make her screen debut as Belle “Bae” Chowdhary. While many fans are excited to learn the series would be released in September, others weren’t as delighted about having to wait until then.

The eight-part series Call Me Bae is written by Ishita Moitra, Samina Motlekar, and Rohit Nair, with production handled by Dharmatic Entertainment’s Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta, and Somen Mishra. 

Call Me Bae is the story of Bae, who discovers that her most valuable assets aren’t her diamonds, but her street smarts and style,” according to a press release provided by Prime Video. She finds beaus, behens, and her better self while navigating Mumbai’s newsrooms despite being broke but not willing to give up.

Ananya Panday‘s as latest motion picture appearance was in the Netflix-released 2023 film Kho Gaye Hum Kahan. Reviews for her portrayal of the broken-hearted Ahana Singh were favourable. Adarsh Gourav and Siddhant Chaturvedi also starred in the movie. She will appear in a cameo in Bad Newz and will soon be seen in the flicks Shankara and Control.
