Priyanka Chopra wrote in the caption of the post, ‘Warning: Do not troll this 9-year-old girl. It’s so weird to think what growing up and grooming can do to a girl. On the left is me in my awkward teenage years, when I got a ‘boy cut’ hairstyle so that it would not be cumbersome in school. (Thanks mom) I came to this from a ‘bowl cut’. So it was a victory. And on the right is me at 17, who won the title of Miss India in the year 2000 and was drenched in the glow of hair, makeup and clothes. Both the pictures are taken at an interval of less than a decade.

Priyanka further wrote, ‘As Britney Spears has very eloquently said.. I am not a girl, not yet a woman. This is exactly how I felt when entering the big world of entertainment.
