Hamstring Love
Filmed at Kanaha Beach, Maui. In our second practice we focus on opening our hamstring. Tending to your hamstrings means we are also nurturing your low back, hips, and knees as tight hammies effect these areas of the body. This major group of muscles need extra love and patience. Let’s make this a practice of loving kindness towards your body and the way you communicate with yourself.
