“Advanced Skills – Beating an Opponent”

This advanced skills soccer program teaches how to set up defenders with body swerves, fakes and counter moves as the next dimension in beating an opponent one-on-one. How defenders play is examined so the attacker can be prepared for any situation with a series of moves to counter the defense he faces. Excellent drills are included for players to practice on their own, with a partner, or in team practice situations.
