Class 2 of 5. You’ve gotten a taste of yoga in the first class in the series, now let’s dive deeper. In this class you will explore alignment and deep breathing while practicing focus, presence and body awareness. We will revisit postures from the previous class in a more refined way, as well as learn new postures that will improve your overall strength, mobility, flexibility, & spinal health.
