Join instructor Drinie Aguilar for a couple of yoga classes geared to help you start your day! These beginner oriented classes focus on two areas. The first class is a slow paced sequence focused on stretching poses to provide a morning deep stretch. The second class will get you moving a little more with a nice morning flow to get the blood flowing. Yoga blocks may be helpful for these classes.
