This program strengthens and defines the center of the body – abs, lower back, hips and glutes. It has the added benefit of increasing range of motion of the joints, improving posture and reducing stress. It uses the exercise ball and foam roller, both readily available in sports supply stores. Jean Goulet’s daughter, Tabitha, helps demonstrate many of the exercises to show that they are appropriate for all age groups. There are so many inventive exercises shown that this program can be used as a general exercise program, even including aerobics. The variety of exercises makes this program truly enjoyable.
