“Race2recovery – Race to Dakar”

The Dakar Rally is one of the toughest challenges in the world of motorsport. For these guys setting out to take-on the Rally the task is magnified greatly. Each of the Race2Recovery vehicles will have at least one crew member recovering from major combat injuries. From the warzones of Afghanistan the action moves to idyllic rural England the team begins the arduous road to Peru, the starting point of the 2013 Dakar rally. As the team comes together to plan for the rigours of the famous rally raid they must prepare themselves as much as their Wildcat Land Rovers.
