“Tai Chi Kicks”
After a full warm-up and run-through of the previous lesson, Dr Paul teaches a new movement called “Tai Chi Kicks”. He introduces some variations to help you be more comfortable with the movements of your tai chi. Throughout the program, Dr Lam gives you tips and advice on how to improve your tai chi. You can practice the movements with Dr Lam at different angles, and end with cool-down exercises.
