Easy Yoga for Hips
Use this sequence on a regular basis as a reliable way to free up the pelvis and release tension in the lower back. Allow Christine’s simple instructions to connect you to your breath & quiet your thoughts. Then a sequence of lunge poses & gentle stretches loosens the hips, followed by five minutes of tranquil shavasana. Needed: Wall access, a bolster or two blankets, 2 blocks or pillows, a chair.
