This practice will elongate many of your muscles and allow you to look and feel your best while instilling a sense of deep relaxation. Poses include Sphinx, Extended Child, modified Baby Dragon, Cat Pulling it’s Tail and Bananasana. The poses counter many of the restrictive postures we assume throughout the day, elongate many of your muscles and instil a sense of deep relaxation. Enjoy!
