Coolie: Bollywood superstars (Rajinikanth-Aamir Khan) will start shooting from this day!
Rajinikanth and Lokesh Kanagaraj’s much-awaited film ‘Coolie’ is undoubtedly one of the most exciting films that fans are eagerly waiting for. The Tamil superstar recently completed shooting his part for the film. At the same time, the latest reports suggest that Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan will be seen in the upcoming Tamil gangster drama.
According to reports, the makers of ‘Coolie’ were in talks with Aamir Khan and now the superstar has agreed to be a part of the film. Sources close to the team have confirmed that Aamir Khan has signed the contract for the film. Though his role is brief, it is expected to be impactful, bringing new energy to the production and taking the film to a bigger scale.
The report also reveals that Aamir Khan‘s role in the film will be a cameo appearance, which is expected to be one of the most powerful roles seen in Lokesh’s previous films. Naturally, the Bollywood star’s brief appearance is expected to receive a massive response from the audience. It is reported that Aamir will join the shooting schedule starting from October 15, 2024. An official announcement regarding his joining the team is expected soon.
Interestingly, the film will mark the reunion of Aamir Khan and superstar Rajinikanth on screen after almost three decades. The duo last appeared together in the 1995 film ‘Aatank Hi Aatank’, which also starred Juhi Chawla.
