Eddie Garrick is a social worker. He don’t like Christmas because of some bad childhood experiences. During the Christmas break, When he was a child, he made a wish from a mall store Santa to keep his parents together. He had the trust on Santa that he will do his magic and his parents will not get separated. Later that night the Santa was caught while trying to rob his house. From that day, he has lost trust on Santa.
Now Eddie is an adult. And he is separated from his wife Allison. He and Allison have a daughter named Charlotte. He takes Chirstmas just as any other holiday and likes to spend his time home.
During the Christmas holiday, he happens to meet a man dressed like Santa named Nicholas Sinter-Claus. The Santa claims to be a real Santa. And ask for help from Eddie as two man with wicked intentions are following.
Eddie thinks that Nick is mentally retarded person amd doesn’t believe on his talks. Instead helping him, he tooks him to a hospital for treatment.
After leaving Nick at hospital, Eddie reaches his house and again meet with the same santa who calls himself Nick.
Eddie makes several attempts to get ride of tha Santa. But he always ends up meeting Nick again and again. He now wonder about these occurrences and tries to find the reality behind them.
