Sham Kaushal is a prominent action director and stunt coordinator in the Indian film industry. He completed his Post Graduation in English Literature from Government College in Hoshiarpur, Punjab. His first job was as a sales representative.
It was during a meeting with some stuntmen from the film industry that he got into stunts. He worked as a stuntman for seven years before getting his big break as an independent action director in 1990
