The story of the series revolves around a married couple, Sammit and Ira. They are leading a happy married life. Sammit is a hardworking man. He is very polite by nature and a humble man. Ira is working as an inspector in the police department. She always remains busy due to the responsibilities she has as an inspector.
A series of murders started to happen in the city. All the murder cases have one similarity. Inspector Ira and her team are assigned to investigate the case. They found that the same kind of murder cases had happened a few years ago. That time the police were unable to catch the killer. The team suspected that a similar killer was back. And doing the series of murders in a similar way again. Soon, Ira revealed that her husband was behind all these murders.
Duranga season 2 shows the story of events after Ira finds out that her husband is involved in the series of murders. The series sheds light on the past of her husband. And all the circumstances that lead him to be a murderer. It will also show how these events affect the relationship between the loving couple, Ira and Sammit.
