Lee Ufan: Marking Infinity

In 1970 we filmed with emerging artists in Tokyo, including Lee Ufan. The film “JAPAN: The New Art” accompanied an exhibition at the Guggenheim Museum in 1971. In 2011, we reconnected with Lee Ufan, again at the Guggenheim, to see his remarkable accomplishments over the past 40 years. We were joined by curator Alexandra Munroe and assistant Mika Yoshitake on a visit to his retrospective.
