When the machines get to race down the new spiral ramp, Scoop decides that he wants to be champion, causing chaos at the build., CGI animated adventures of the popular builder and his team. Bob and the team are working on a new spiral ramp to make the drive to a bird-watchers’ park more direct. Eager to become a champion race car, Scoop tries it out before it is completed, creating chaos and delaying its completion.
