The Twirlywoos help a man choose a pair of shoes. Back at the Boat, an octopus visits. The octopus jumps on and off Peekaboo, on and off the Twirlywoos and on and off the Quacky Birds., The Twirlywoos learn about On and Off by watching a man trying shoes on and taking them off in a shoe shop. Later, they encounter an octopus that jumps on and off everyone it sees.
