Ghostbusters : Frozen Empire is a 2024 American supernatural comedy film released on 26 April 2024.
The fifth film in the franchise,Ghostbusters : Frozen Empire directed by Gil Kenan, was released in the US theatres on March 22. The makers have announced a release date for India is 26 April.
Frozen Empire is a sequel to the hit film Ghostbusters: Afterlife (2021) which was directed by Jason Reitman, who has co-written the Frozen Empire with Kenan.
The film opened to mixed review from critics and audience after its US release. The Frozen Empire is about the new and old ghostbusters joining forces to save the world from a second ice age after an evil force gets unleashed upon discovery of an ancient artifact.
The film will be a treat to watch for people across ages as this has everything from action to comedy.The film features Paul Rudd, Carrie Coon, Mckenna Grace, Finn Wolfhard and Celeste O’Connor in major roles among others.
