She has now shared some things about her daughters. Hema Malini said that Dharmendra had also set some rules for his daughters in the house. They were not allowed to go out of the house and wear short clothes.

During an interview, Hema Malini told how Dharmendra has been a father to his daughters. Hema Malini said that whenever he used to come to Mumbai and meet the children, he used to talk to them about studies. As far as clothes are concerned, he was very clear in this matter. He always likes to wear salwar kameez, whenever he has to come home, my daughters wear salwar kameez.

Hema Malini said that Dharmendra has no problem with jeans, but he likes suits very much, so I also tell my daughters that if father likes suits very much then you should wear suits only.
Dharmendra never saw Hema’s performance
Hema Malini told in the interview that he is very traditional and conservative. He has never seen any of my stage performances till date, although they are extremely popular all over the world. He feels that I look very different on stage. He feels that whenever I perform, I am not his. Obviously, I look very different, so, he does not want to watch my shows.”
They first met on the sets of this film
Hema Malini and Dharmendra‘s first film was ‘Tum Haseen Main Jawan’. Both of them worked together for the first time in this film. Both actors were in the lead roles in this film. Hema knew that Dharmendra was married and was the father of four children. She used to ignore the actor initially, but gradually the actress herself fell in love with Dharmendra. According to reports, Dharmendra and Hema both converted to Islam and got married.
