‘How dare you…’ Kriti Sanon’s Do Patti accused of copying the song

Kriti Sanon and Kajol starrer Do Patti was released on Netflix. It was a suspense thriller film which got a lot of love from the audience. Shaheer Sheikh made his Bollywood debut through this film. But currently the film is facing some controversies.

Neelanjana accused of plagiarism

Actually, the makers have been accused of plagiarism regarding a song from the film. T-Series, one of the biggest music labels in India, is currently in controversy. Musician Neelanjana Ghosh Dastidar has accused T-Series and music director Sachet-Parampara of stealing her husband Rajarshi Mitter’s track for the song.

Dastidar took to social media to vent his anger. He demanded action against the accused and also shared a link to Mittal’s original track as proof.

In her Instagram post, Dastidar has asked people to report T-Series, Sachet Tandon and Parampara Thakur. In her post, she wrote, “These people have blatantly and without permission or any legal action used my husband @mrmitter’s track in their cheap Bollywood movie song Maayyaa (Do Patti). Plagiarism at its finest!”

“Cowards! You will be punished! I will ask all my fellow musicians and artist friends to shame this music director and the entire joker T-Series music company! How dare you.
