Dopo la morte di Jim, custode dell’ospedale, il suo gemello Jeff viene convocato per il riconoscimento. Jim in realtà ha ucciso Jeff e ha preso il suo posto sia nell’attività lavorativa che accanto a sua moglie Dina, la quale, scontenta del marito, accetta di buon grado lo scambio col cognato. I due riusciranno a smantellare tutte le prove che Steve e Mark troveranno per accusare Jim dell’omicidio di Jeff. Sarà un amuleto però a tradire i due assassini…
